John has been immersed in the advertising industry for over 40 years, both from an agency and client perspective. With an undying passion for the industry, John has worked with large multinational and boutique agencies throughout Sydney and Brisbane such as Hertz Walpole, USP Needham Sydney, Mullins Clarke & Ralph and Lloyd Graham Ogilvy & Mather. He has been there every step of the way for numerous high profile accounts from Amoco to News Limited to Edgell Foods. In 1983, John established the Brisbane office of Mojo Australia, it grew exponentially and became one of Brisbane's largest advertising agencies. John has produced culturally iconic Australian television commercials including the ‘Wally Lewis’ spot, ‘Lazy Days with the Queensland cricketers and ‘The Whistling Soldiers’.

Bronwyn, daughter of John Chance and current Managing Director of Chance Agency, fulfills the pivotal functions of the agency’s integrated network, taking command of the day-to-day operations. Mentored by John for the past 15 years, Bronwyn has had unlimited access to the best industry insight. This combined with her own industry relevance, has provided Bronwyn with the skills to see a range of brands from perspectives that are simply unachievable without having this lifelong immersion in the advertising industry. Bronwyn has championed major accounts such as Mercedes-Benz, Asthma Foundation, City Pacific Finance, Fuji Xerox and National Dental Care. Bronwyn leads Chance Agency’s diligence to creating, managing and delivering effective campaigns, that generate proven results.
