Bentley Systems briefed Chance Agency on a specialised multi touchpoint campaign that encompassed direct mail, a campaign landing page, eDM and digital banners. This was an in-depth and challenging brief; where they specified the promoted product was not to be mentioned by name in the content.  It was important the direct mail piece had cut through, as the recipients were not existing Bentley Systems clientele.
